We read every message. Two kinds get answered first:

• Bug reports — please include the page URL, your browser and OS, what you did and what you expected to happen. If the tool misbehaved on a particular photo, a description of the image (size, background type) helps a lot — we never see your files, so we can’t reproduce what we can’t picture.
• Corrections — if a marketplace requirement, passport rule or spec on this site is outdated or wrong, tell us what’s correct and where the official source says so. Factual fixes go out fast.

Feature suggestions are welcome too — though remember the site’s one rule: everything must run on your device. We don’t take feature requests that would require uploading your photos anywhere.
